🔁 Assignments
The Assignments page allows you to manage temporary worker assignments between different company entities.
An assignment indicates the period during which a worker operates at an entity different from their primary one.
🧰 Assignment management
During the creation of an assignment, the destination entity and the date range are defined.
The selected entity represents the location where the worker will be assigned during the specified period.
You can configure:
- 📅 assignment start and end dates
- 🔄 optional long-term assignment
- 📝 additional information related to the stay (e.g., accommodation or notes)
⚙️ How it works
The assignment is valid only within the configured dates and allows the system to correctly manage worker allocation across multiple entities over time.
This configuration is mainly used in the Attendance Calendar, where it determines worker availability and allows shifts to be planned only within the selected entity and during the assignment validity period.
